Joining Strip — do I need one?
Yes, if your worktop run is longer than one length. The joining strip seals the joint between two worktop lengths and prevents moisture getting into the substrate.
End Cap — do I need one?
Recommended wherever a worktop has an exposed cut end — at a doorway, next to a freestanding appliance, or at the end of a run. Seals the end grain.
Adhesive — do I need it?
Yes, if you're fitting a splashback or upstand. This high-grab adhesive bonds the laminate panel to the wall — tiles, plaster or painted surfaces.
