Once you submit an order request, a member of our team will contact you by telephone to confirm stock availability, delivery costs and your final total. No payment is taken until you have verbally agreed the final order and total.

Payment is taken securely over the telephone. We accept major debit and credit cards. We do not store card details.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where products are out of stock, where pricing errors have occurred, or where we suspect fraudulent activity.

All prices displayed on our website are in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable, unless otherwise stated.

Prices are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your order will be confirmed during your telephone confirmation call.

Delivery costs are not included in product prices and will be calculated and confirmed separately based on your order and delivery location.

We make every effort to ensure prices displayed on our website are accurate. In the event of a pricing error, we will contact you before processing your order.
