We confirm delivery costs before you pay. Unlike most online retailers, we calculate your exact delivery cost and confirm it with you by phone before taking any payment. There are no hidden charges.
Splash Supply Co delivers to all areas of mainland England, Scotland and Wales. We are unable to deliver to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man or other offshore islands at this time.
If you are unsure whether we deliver to your postcode, please contact us before placing your order and we will confirm availability.
Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. We do not dispatch on weekends.
Once your order has been confirmed by our team and payment has been taken, we aim to dispatch within 1–3 working days, subject to stock availability. For items on a lead time, our team will advise you of the expected dispatch date during your confirmation call.
Standard delivery typically takes 2–5 working days from dispatch. Pallet deliveries (for large or heavy items such as wall panels and composite decking) may take 3–7 working days depending on your location.
We will provide an estimated delivery window when we call to confirm your order. Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Delivery costs vary depending on the size and weight of your order, the number of items, and your delivery postcode. Bulky items such as wall panels and pallet deliveries carry higher delivery charges than smaller items.
We do not display delivery costs at checkout. Instead, our team calculates the exact delivery cost for your specific order and location during your confirmation call. No payment is taken until you have agreed the final total, including delivery.
We use a range of trusted UK couriers and pallet networks depending on the nature of your order. Smaller items are typically sent via parcel courier. Larger orders, including wall panels and decking boards, are delivered on pallets via a specialist freight carrier.
You will receive tracking information where available once your order has been dispatched.
Whilst we make every effort to meet estimated delivery times, delays can occasionally occur due to high demand, adverse weather conditions, carrier disruptions or other circumstances beyond our control.
If your delivery is delayed, please contact us and we will liaise with the carrier on your behalf. We are unable to accept liability for losses arising from delivery delays.
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the carrier will typically leave a card or send a notification with instructions for rearranging delivery. Please ensure someone is available to receive your order, particularly for pallet deliveries which require a signature.
Re-delivery charges may apply if a delivery fails due to no one being available at the delivery address.
